As a long-time Nevada resident, I have a deep love for fellow residents and their neighborhoods. I approach both life and work with sincerity, honesty, and compassion. To me, there is nothing more rewarding that seeing a client fall in love with his or her new home, and witnessing the joy of attaining all that they hoped for or needed.
In my free time, I am often swimming, riding, hiking, skiing, gardening and enjoying all that Nevada has to offer. I am a mother of 3 daughters and have 5 grandsons. I have my MBA in business, a Bachelor’s of Science and the Arts, and have been a Licensed Social Worker for 27 years. Helping to provide healthy living environments for others goes beyond my education and business, it comes from my heart. Every month I invest in charities and causes dear to me such as making contributions to water.org, St. Vincent’s, the Nevada Humane Society, multiple food banks, and Rise & Dine - I cook and deliver food to feed 200+ persons in need of a meal. Which means, I get to help you with your home, then turn around and help others with their homes, food, and clean water.
For the past 25 years I have been helping buyers and sellers make their dreams come true. I get such joy from the happiness my clients experience when we successfully buy or sell their property. Orquidea is a lifelong Reno Resident and has been with Insight Realty for 5 years. She came to Insight Realty with over 12 years of experience and accrued knowledge of property management and small business accounting. Those skills have been applied to managing Insight Realty and assisting the realtors with the ‘behind the scenes’ of the buying and selling process.

Luis Sautto - Licensed Realtor
Luis has been a proud Reno Nevada resident since 2000. He graduated from McQueen High School in Reno. He began developing his talents as an architectural designer and craftsman, as part of a proud family tradition. He’s worked as a licensed HVAC technician, and as well as a property maintenance manager. He’s worked with Insight Realty for 5 years. His vast knowledge of many things that a potential homeowner would need. Providing expertise to sellers and buyers of all pricing categories throughout Washoe County and surrounding areas.
